Wednesday night June 22 was our last practice before the Aloha State Games tournament this Saturday. The last couple of weeks we have been having practice matches that that simulate the procedure and time duration of the tournament matches. Some wrestlers even wore their team singlets to get the feel of tournament competition. Check out the pictures!

We will be taking the week off following the tournament, our next scheduled practice is Sunday July 3 at Waimea Baptist Church from 3-6PM. We will announce our July practice schedule at that time.
